Dale Simons is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the MiDO Group, a Stellenbosch-based social enterprise empowering youth through digital and cybersecurity skills development. Through MiDO Foundation, MiDO Academy, and MiDO Technologies, he has built an integrated model that connects education, employability, and enterprise development.
Dale leads the design of MiDO Academy’s work-integrated learning methodology, which combines globally recognised certifications, practical cybersecurity experience, and ethical digital citizenship. With over a decade of experience in digital education and social innovation, he is dedicated to addressing youth unemployment and the global cybersecurity talent gap.
